If an ad is rejected due to breaking the rules, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to change it. SheelOnline.Net reserves the right to decide whether an ad does not correspond to the rules and spirit. The rules are constantly updated and may change over time.

Duplicates: It is not allowed to place ads with the same item or job in more then one region. Delete the old ad before you place the new one.

Marketing: Pure marketing is not allowed

Private Ad: You have to be 18 years old to post an ad on SheeloOnline.Net

Services: Services offered or wanted must follow applicable law and regulations.

Ad text: Write a decent, clear title and a relevant text. Add additional information, such as size, color, and age. Mention the possible errors or omissions.

Language:Ads are allowed in English only.

Categories: The right thing in the right place, makes it easier to both buyer and seller. If you don't know to which category your item belongs, take a look at the site or ask our customer service

Only one item per ad: It is not allowed to place more than one vehicle or property in a single ad, except if they are to be exchanged (e.g. 2 for 1).

Links: No links in ad text or in pictures.

Pictures: Take lots of pictures from different angles. Many advertisements with pictures attract more attention. Company logotypes are not allowed.

Pirated goods and illegal items: It is not allowed to advertise pirated goods. Ads featuring goods that are prohibited from sale according to Saudi law are not allowed. For a list, click here

Indemnification: Advertisers/users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SheelOnline.Net & SNT East Holding AS, its officers, directors, employees, agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney?s fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including negligent or wrongful conduct, by advertisers/users or any other person accessing the SheelOnline.Net.

Modifications: SheelOnline.Net & SNT East Holding AS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the SheelOnline.Net You are responsible for regularly reviewing such modifications and your continued access or use of the SheelOnline.Net shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Governing Law: SheelOnline.Net is operated under the laws and regulations of Saudi Arab. Advertisers/users agree that Norwegian courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the use of SheelOnline.Net.

Final Provisions: If the ownership of SheelOnline.Net changes, we may transfer these Terms and Conditions to the new owners so they can continue to provide the service. The new owner will still have to honour the commitments we have made in these Terms and Conditions.
