Continuing our tradition of premium, quality meat products, Al-Tanmiah brand fresh chicken is purchased and ground daily to make these kebabs. Since we mince the meat ourselves we can guarantee that no additives, preservatives, or mystery meats are added to the mince.

Served with our special Alu Bukhara Chutney (Plum Sauce), Mixed Vegetables Pakori Raita, Fresh Green Salad, Mint Raita, and Spicy Tomato Sauce.
